Be Brave!

Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.

This “Bread of Life” with card verses, has a cute little suit case (3”x 2”x 1”) I bought at Berean Christian Bookstore to put on the table desk. The Bread of Life card verses has NIV, NLT, KJV and maybe more so I find this refreshing sometimes.

Have you ever felt like something inside of you is frightening? This is where card verse comes in: “Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.”

Tony and I were reading a book called, “Can America Survive?” by John Hagee. A friend from Utah gave us this book and we read them together over coffee almost daily. It was not a pleasant book, but it was important to know what was going on in different part of the world. It was frightening event. When I picked the card verse this morning, I was surprised and realized that the Lord God read my heart. So the Word of God speaks to us personally, “Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.”

Waiting on the Lord gives Him time to shed peace upon our hearts. Waiting on the Lord gives Him time to provide strength we need. Waiting on the Lord gives Him time to anoint us with Holy Spirit. Waiting on the Lord gives Him time to heal our bodies.

So trust the Lord God today!
