Sweet Jesus

Song of Solomon 5:16
"His mouth is most sweet: yea, He is altogether lovely. This is my Beloved, and this is my Friend ..."

He is altogether lovely means everything about Jesus is precious, desirable, and delightful. Song of Solomon gives the type of Christ's relationship between the future bride, the Church and Himself as the groom. The song, Sweet Jesus is a very old song and the words help to express our devotion to Him.

Song: Sweet Jesus
Sweet Jesus, sweet Jesus,
What a wonder You are;
You're brighter than the morning star;
You're fairer, much fairer,
Than the lily that grows by the wayside,
Precious, more precious than gold.
You're like the rose of Sharon,
You're the fairest of the fair,
You are all my heart could e'er (ever) desire;
Sweet Jesus, sweet Jesus,
What a wonder You are,
You're precious, more precious than gold.

May the song touch Jesus' heart from you!
Each day is new. Open your heart to Jesus!
He loves you!
