Matthew 6:10b "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
When you pray "Thy will be done," you recognize God as your Father and you are asking God to guide you day by day.
When you pray "Thy will be done," you ask God to help you find His plan for you. David prayed, "Open my mine eyes that I may see wonderful things in Your law" (God's Word) (Psalm 119:18 NIV). It is God's desire that you come to know Him and His great plan for you.
What God had plan in heaven; He also had a plan on earth. Example: Jesus from heaven came to earth. Jesus gave many parables to compare what heaven was like through using the earthly stories. When you read the parables and study them carefully, you will come to understand what Jesus tried to tell us. Jesus talked about many things, about God the Father and the Holy Spirit. So when you read your Bible, it will tell you God's will for your daily life on earth before you are ready for heaven.
It is not always easy to follow what God wants, but we can know that His plan is always good so ...
Trust God today!

The Lord's Prayer Round: Our Father which are in heaven. Holy be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
