Zechariah 14:8 ncv
“At that time fresh water will flow from Jerusalem. Half of it will flow east to the Dead Sea, and half will flow west to the Mediterranean Sea. It will flow summer and winter. (v.9a) Then the Lord will be king over the whole world.” Bread Box Aug 11 2010
This is another reference about the future water from Jerusalem when Christ shall rule. A priest used a golden pitcher with water poured it on the altar was a memorial ceremony that the water that flowed from the rock (actually out of nothing, came forth water). From Jerusalem, out of nothing, there will be water flowing from Jerusalem. This also represents Christ, the Living Water.
Numbers 24:7 ncv
“Israel’s water buckets will always be full, and their crops will have plenty of water. Their king will be greater than Agag; their kingdom will be very great.”
Another future prophecy of Scripture has not yet been fulfilled. This was a promise of God that the future Israel will always have “plenty of water.” This verse may also refer to Zech. 14:8, the future fresh water flow from Jerusalem. Christ will be the King and the kingdom that Christ will rule will be so much better.
So hold on to God’s promises!

He is Immanuel, the promised of ages.
