Heavenly Father

Song:
Heavenly Father, we appreciate you.
Heavenly Father, we appreciate you.
We love you, adore you; We bow down before you.
Heavenly Father, we appreciate you.

The word we define as appreciate to mean a "deep
thank you" or a "heart-felt-thanks". In our Deaf
Culture language, this is as clear in sign language
and a deaf friend share his view of meaning.

The Webster dictionary define this:
1. to think well of; enjoy. 2. esteem or to value
highly. 3. to recognize gratefully (thankfully).

The word opposite to appreciation is depreciation.
I find this word interesting because it helps us to
see the comparison. Depreciate define: 1. to reduce
in value or price. 2. to belittle (not worthy at all).
Belittle define: to make seem little, less important.
Little means small in important.

Dorothy:
So we are making God to feel very important. And this song,
'Heavenly Father, We Appreciate You, 'is really powerful,
heart felt thanks and also a deep thank. This morning as
I woke up at 4 a.m. Holy Spirit sang this song and I joined
and sang with Him to our Heavenly Father. It was a time that
Holy Spirit wants me to show respect to God, and this song
causes me to do that. As a result, I felt a deep humble
spirit of appreciation. It made me realize that God longs
for our "thanksgiving and appreciation spirit" in us.

There are scriptures which have mentioned 'giving thanks to
God' for several things. David, Paul and even Jesus, the Son
of God, often prayed in thanking God. When I thank God, I
felt like it had touched my heart and became tender in feeling
toward God, the Father. Only, Holy Spirit can do this at the
right time when worship is needed toward God, the Father.

Solo prayer to Father in heaven:

Heavenly Father, I appreciate you.
Heavenly Father, I appreciate you.
I love you, adore you; I bow down before you.
Heavenly Father, I appreciate you.
