Hear O Israel

Deuteronomy 7:9 "The Lord thy God, He is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him."

Note: MERCY WITH THEM THAT LOVE HIM: God's choosing of Israel was motivated by His love for them (v.7-8). God promised to faithfully keep His covenant and show mercy to generation after generation of "them that love Him and keep His commandment" (6:4-9). (Note from Donald Stamps)

Dear Father, thank You for the Holy Spirit and for the strength He gives. Teach me how to fix my thoughts on You and Your love and power. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
